16.20 MPix industrial camera with GigE interface and IP65/67: The GV-51N0FA Rev.1.2 is equipped with the IMX542 Global Shutter CMOS sensor from the Sony Pregius S series. This "fourth generation" sensor offers a resolution of 5328 x 3040 (pixel size 2.74 µm) and is particularly light-sensitive thanks to the special pixel architecture with BSI (Backside Illumination) technology.

In operation, the industrial camera delivers fast 8.0 fps. It can be used for a wide range of applications where high image quality is required - from inspection tasks in industry to analyses in medical technology.

The camera is available as a monochrome or colour version. We recommend using it in combination with our versatile IDS peak SDK.

Industrial image processing is used in a wide variety of applications - from quality assurance to automation.

Metrology

IDS cameras detect objects and provide accurate information, such as their dimensions or positioning.

Quality assurance

IDS cameras are used in different production phases, e.g. by checking completeness or by detecting defects.

Factory / process automation

Cameras are used in monitoring, control, regulation and optimization systems and help e.g. with localization and selection tasks.

Agricultural applications

In the agricultural sector, cameras e.g. monitor plant growth, control the application of fertilisers or inspect the harvest.
